HOUSE PASSES COMPROMISE BUDGET

The House passed a bipartison budget easing spending cuts to the Pentagon and
domestic agencies on December 12th.

House Budget Committee Chair Paul Ryan (R-Wis) and Senate Budget Committee
Chairwoman Patty Murray (D-Wash.) announced the tentative agreement between
Republican and Democratic negotiators on a government spending plan Dec. 10
after the two sides had negotiated for months.

The modest budget will restore about $65 billion in automatic spending cuts from
programs ranging from parks to the Pentagon.  It prevents another government
shutdown for at least two years.  The Senates is expected to vote before they
adjourn for the holiday!!
